Burj Al Riyad is planned around four priorities of Saudi Vision 2030.

Sustainability

The project is aligned with the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact and supports three Sustainable Development Goals: SDG 4 on quality education, SDG 6 on clean water and sanitation, and SDG 11 on sustainable cities and communities.

Residents, students, patients and visitors will find clean water on every floor, step-free access throughout, and a building run efficiently. Those who build and operate it will work under fair labour standards, and the design will respect local values.
